Starting an exercise routine--what's better reduced carb diet or more carbs less fat?? - low carb bread machine
I still have a consistent exercise routine over the years and lost 30 pounds my first goal. I thought about changing the diet, the) low in carbohydrates (proteins, vegetables, fruits and dairy products, but no rice, pasta, potatoes, bread or sugar. If I have an elliptical 30 minutes a day, it would be better to eat good carbs high and low fat? Thank you!
